Miyamoto's big hit leads Mililani over Wai'anae

Ryne Miyamoto hit a bad-hop, two-run triple to right field in the fourth inning as visiting Mililani beat Wai'anae, 6-4, in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Western Division game yesterday.

Miyamoto's hit put the Trojans up 5-3.

Mililani improved to 7-3; Wai'anae dropped to 7-2.

'Aiea is atop the standings at 8-1 and Leilehua is second at 7-1.
