Entry forms for the $5,000 Wailea Kula Glass Open, Sept. 1 to 4, are available online at waileatennis.com or at the Wailea Tennis Club pro shop. Next Friday (Aug. 25) is the deadline to enter. Entry fee is $60, which includes entry into one singles and one doubles event, a T-shirt, hat, and a ticket to the Players Party Sept. 2. Draws will be available after 6 p.m., Aug. 28. The Hawai'i Polo Club will host a match between Virginia and a team of players from the North Shore on Sunday at Mokule'ia. Gates open at 11 a.m. with matches starting at 2 p.m. For details, call 637-8401.

BOXING

Boxers from O'ahu, Maui, the Big Island and Kaua'i are scheduled to compete in an amateur card Aug. 26 at Palolo District Park. Organizers of the 6 p.m. event are USA Boxing-Hawai'i, Palolo Boxing Club and Kawano Boxing Club. Admission is $10 at the door, $5 for youths 10 and under.
