Those thousands of people streaming in and out of the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall and Arena are sampling the goodies at the annual Made in Hawaii Festival, continuing today and tomorrow.

Savvy shoppers know that battling the crowds is worth it: They're getting a big jump on their holiday shopping.

And when they're not picking up something for auntie or uncle or the nice next-door neighbor, they're being entertained by a top lineup that includes Genoa Keawe (11 a.m. today), Frank DeLima (3 p.m. today), Maunalua (7 p.m. today), Aaron J. Sala (11 a.m. tomorrow) and Holunape (3 p.m. tomorrow). There are chef demonstrations, too.

Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow. Admission is $3 general, free for kids 6 and younger. www.madeinhawaiifestival.com.
