TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
Rose Bowl, 3 p.m., ABC. The college football season ends with a true battle of the best. Texas and Southern California, each 12-0, collide. Southern Cal is in the unique position of having two Heisman Trophy winners — quarterback Matt Leinart and running back Reggie Bush; Texas had a strong candidate of its own, in quarterback Vince Young. This could be a good one.
"The Biggest Loser: Special Edition," 7 p.m., NBC. Here's another step in NBC's reconstruction effort: Between now and the Winter Olympics, the network will plug its Wednesday hole with one-shot "Biggest Loser" specials. The trainers are the same as before. So is the basic approach: The winner is the one with the highest percentage of weight lost. But this time, contests will be decided right away, not spread over several weeks. Tonight, two families compete.
