BASEBALL
July 14-16—UH Baseball Annual summer baseball camps. Pitcher/Catcher camp from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Hitting camp from 1 to 4 p.m. for both camp dates. Open to ages 7 to 18. Fee: $120 per camp, $200 for both camps. Information: Baseball office, 956-6247.
July 23-25—5th Annual Kalae Iki Youth Baseball Clinic, at the Simmons' Field in Kailua, Kona. Sessions: 8:30-11:30 a.m. for 7-11 year olds and 1-4 p.m. for 12-17 year olds. Each session will be limited to the first 200 participants. Registration will be handled at the Parks & Recreation offices until July 17. Fee: free. Information: (808) 974-7700.
BASKETBALL
Aug. 7-11—Sole Fundamentals Basketball Camp, at Manoa Valley District Park. Session No. 1 will be for boys and girls in grades 5 through 7 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Session No. 2 will be held from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. for boys and girls in grades 8 through 12. All Camp instructors have coached at the high school level or are collegiate/former collegiate players. Cost: $100, each participant receives a basketball and T-shirt.
