It's the final weekend of the Sports Carnival at Aloha Stadium and in the spotlight is rising R&B artist Ray J, who'll perform a free concert at 8 tonight. Ray J's sister is pop star Brandy, and his latest release is the 15-track "Raydiation," from September 2005.
