Mixologist Dale DeGroff's latest cocktail seminar � at 6:30 tonight at the Halekulani � is all about sangrias.

Forget Spanada in a pitcher. DeGroff tweaks the fruity drink, teaching participants how to make sangria with different styles of wine � sparkling, white, and, of course, red. He'll even show you how to do a virgin version.

And instead of just tossing in chunks of fruit, DeGroff will muddle pineapple, oranges and lemons, and use cucumbers, frozen grape halves and strawberries as garnish.
