The MS Walk kicks off Saturday at 7:30 a.m. from Ala Moana Beach Park's McCoy Pavilion, with registration starting at 6:30 a.m. Participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and breakfast after the walk. Events and games at McCoy Pavilion are scheduled after the walk.

Each year several hundred walkers participate to support those living in Hawaii with multiple sclerosis, a debilitating disease of the central nervous system.

The walk helps raise funds to support local services and programs of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. To register call 532-0806 or visit the Web site at www.nationalmssociety.org.

ABC, will be a participant in Saturday's MS Walk.
