The Hawaii Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association has elected Kainoa Daines of the Miramar at Waikiki as its president for 2008. Other officers are Margie Lehman of Planet Hollywood, first vice president; Emmaly Parker of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, second vice president; Francine Lee-Kadota of Hawaiian Airlines, treasurer; and Alex Kirley of Ruth's Chris Steak House and Romano's Macaroni Grill, secretary. Elected for a second term to the board of directors is Miwa Ogletree of Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park and Cirque Hawaii; elected for a first term is Courtney Watson of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Rounding out the board for 2008 is past president Simone Perez of Abbott Communications.
