There will be 24-hour lane closures seven days a week on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction from Mililani to Wheeler Army Airfield, the state Department of Transportation said.

They will include a left-lane closure between Waihau Street and Waikalani Drive and a right-lane closure between Kahelu and Santos Dumont avenues.

Portable concrete barriers will close these areas 24 hours a day for shoulder widening and curb construction. Construction is scheduled today and Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
