Celebrate Chinese New Year today

More celebrations for the Year of the Boar are happening today (don't forget to feed the big kitties!):
Noon-2:45 p.m. at Ala Moana Center. Besides lion dances, there'll be martial-arts demonstrations, firecrackers and an appearance by the Narcissus Queen and her court. 955-9517.
3-5 p.m. at Wahiawa Shopping Center and Wahiawa Town Center, with a lion dance, martial arts, fortune readings and giveaways. 262-0687.
Admission to each celebration is free.
