Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour is among the new businesses that recently have opened at Pearlridge Center, Pearlridge officials announced this week.

Farrell's opened its second Hawai'i eatery this month in a 4,000-square-foot space in Pearlridge's Uptown section. Natural Skin Care, which sells mineral-based skin care and beauty products, also opened a kiosk on the second level of the Downtown section of the center earlier this month.

Pearlridge officials also announced the opening of an expanded 3,001-square-foot Regis Hairstylists location in the Uptown section. The hair salon, Pearlridge said, is the national chain's highest-grossing location.
