Fresh Face: Castle Resorts & Hotels has added the 114-room Hokele Suites Waikiki (formerly Marc Suites Waikiki) to its management portfolio. The property will undergo a $4.5 million phased-in renovation, with the hotel repositioned from a two-star property to a three-star boutique hotel upon completion. Castle also anticipates the completion of a $1 million renovation of the 119-room Pacific Marina Inn near Honolulu International Airport by late spring.
