The Hawai'i Speed and Quickness clinics continue with sessions tomorrow and Sunday at the University of Hawai'i athletic complex.

The sessions are available for people of all ages, and will be conducted 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for both days.

Previously, it was opened to children up to eighth grade.

For $10, each participant receives instruction from elite athletes and food coupons.
