The University of Hawai'i-San Jose State football game Friday was seen in 1,323,000 households on ESPN, a spokesman for the network said yesterday.
The 1.4 rating equaled the average for the four Friday night games on ESPN so far this season, though the number of households was slightly below the average of 1,356,000.
"We are pleased with the audience for this thrilling game," said Michael Humes, an ESPN spokesman.
The Warriors, who won the game 45-38 in overtime, are scheduled to play three more times on ESPN this season, including Friday night games with Nevada (Nov. 16) and Boise State (Nov. 23).
