Free clinics focus on cycling, running

Tomorrow's topics include "making your mountain bike street worthy" and "group riding techniques." Next week, it's "easy shifting techniques" and "how to safely ascend and descend hills," followed on Sept. 22 with "nutrition for long rides" and "what to eat and drink." Space is limited. Runs also include activities, treats and free training logs. Classes run from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must sign a waiver to run along with Niketown Running Club leaders.
