The new steakhouse promises a different architecture, chef and vibe. Elvis lives: Driven by his vision to create the world's greatest Elvis experience, collector Chris Davidson scoured the world for more than $3.5 million worth of memorabilia and treasures that once belonged to "The King." The collection is on display in Las Vegas at the Elvis-A-Rama Museum.

Check it out: A shiny, black 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood tour limousine, used to haul guitars and drums between tour stops, just one of three Elvis cars on display. His speedboat and a collection of stage-worn jumpsuits are other highlights, along with blue suede shoes, the unforgettable gold lame stage suit, guitars and some handwritten lyrics.
