The nonprofit organization Friends of Hanauma Bay will participate in Earth Day with a cleanup of the beach, the park and Kalaniana'ole Highway from 8:30-11 a.m. on April 19.

Volunteers will meet at the Hanauma Bay Visitors Center where they will be provided with work assignments, gloves, garbage bags, etc. Residents are reminded to bring proof of residency to avoid the beach access fee.
