Honolulu's Michelle Wie shot a 2-under-par 70 and was 11 strokes behind clubhouse leader Lorena Ochoa today in the second round of the CN Canadian Women's Open at Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club in Ottawa, Ontario.

Ochoa shot a 68 and had a two-shot lead over Katherine Hull (65) at 10-under 134 with several golfers yet to complete their rounds. Wie is at 145 with the projected cut at 147.

Wie started on the back nine and had birdies on Nos. 10, 13 and 18 and bogeys on Nos. 11 and 15 to make the turn at 1 under. She added a birdie on the par-3 No. 8 to go to 2 under.

The Punahou alum and Stanford student is playing on her sixth and final exemption on the LPGA Tour this year.
