Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa's "serve stay and sail" kama'aina package is for "volun-tourists" helping others on Maui in the 5th annual Habitat for Humanity Build-a-Thon.
The package includes:
Participation in the fifth annual Build-a-Thon at the Waiehu Kou IV Subdivision at 7:30 a.m., with a briefing, breakfast and blessing, and will end with lunch and a closing program at 1 p.m.
An ocean-view room for two with three-course dinner at Mala Wailea restaurant following the event, and breakfast buffet for two at Mala Wailea restaurant on Sunday. Guests will receive 30 percent off any Mandara Spa 50- or 80-minute treatment during their stay and a late checkout for those returning on the 8 p.m. Hawaii Superferry back to O'ahu. Free self-parking at the resort.
For the first 20 O'ahu-based volunteers, complimentary Hawaii Superferry roundtrip tickets, including a vehicle.
The package is $239 per room per night, Aug. 22 to 24. A resort fee of $25 plus tax per room per day will be applied. 808-874-7956.
