Willie K and Raiatea Helm will be featured at a Kahuku concert to benefit three Windward and North Shore nonprofit groups.

A Musical Christmas Gift takes place from 7 to 9:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Turtle Bay Resort Kuilima Ballroom.

Benefiting from the engagement are the Kahuku High School athletic department, the Ko'olauloa Children's Choir, which needs money to attend a Carnegie Hall concert in January, and Na Kamalei Early Childhood Education.

Stanford Carr, a developer and interim management officer for Kuilima Resort, is underwriting the event as a gift to the community.

Carr said he enlisted help from TV personality Emme Tomimbang, former athlete and community organizer Junior Ah You, Turtle Bay Resorts staff and others to put on the concert.
