Rain will hit Kauai this morning, Oahu later today

A storm front is approaching Kaua'i and should reach the rest of the main Hawaiian Islands by tomorrow night, the National Weather Service said.
Most of the showers in today's forecast are for Kaua'i, with the front that's bringing the clouds and rain possibly reaching O'ahu by this afternoon and Maui by tonight. For the Big Island, which was pounded by rain earlier this month, the front should weaken by the time it hits the Big Island.
Light winds will accompany the front, with trade winds returning probably Thursday night.
Today: Scattered showers, mainly after noon. Mostly sunny through mid morning, then becoming cloudy, with a high near 76. Southwest wind between 11 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent.. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Tonight: Frequent showers, mainly before midnight. The rain could be heavy at times. Low around 65. West wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
