Prosecutors today accused two men of kidnapping and beating another man early yesterday in Nanakuli.

Faafetai Mauai-Silifaiva, 22, and Clarence Tupito, 18, were charged with kidnapping and second-degree assault in the beating of a 19-year-old man who police said suffered "substantial body injuries."

Both suspects are being held in lieu of $75,000 at the main police station cellblock overnight for initial appearces tomorrow at District Court.
