No. 8 Michigan beats UH in baseball, 11-5

No. 8 Michigan took an early 7-2 lead after four innings and cruised to an 11-5 victory over the University of Hawaii baseball team today in the Coca-Cola Classic in Surprise, Ariz.
Chris Fetter held the Rainbows to one earned run in 6 2/3 innings. UH starter Alex Capaul allowed six earned runs in 3 1/3 innings.
UH coach Mike Trapasso said the Rainbows got their butts "kicked" against the Big Ten Conference powerhouse.
Greg Garcia batted 3-for-4 and homered for Hawaii.
UH (5-5) plays Portland later today in the tournament.
Hawaii and Michigan are 1-2 in the tournament.
