Tony Sellitto has come out of a six-year retirement to re-take controls of the Hawai'i Pacific University men's basketball team, the school announced today.
Sellitto, 69, retired in 2002 with a 295-136 record, the highlight of which was the 1993 NAIA National Championship.
Sellitto replaces Darren Vorderbruegge, who was head coach and athletic director the past two seasons. HPU said Vorderbruegge will remain as AD.
