With his career in high gear since relocating to California, Honolulu comedian Paul Ogata returns home for a concert at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Pipeline Cafe.

Ogata has had a far-flung career, doing gigs in Hong Kong, Macau, the Virgin Islands, St. Maarten, Las Vegas, Seattle and up and down California.

He has appeared on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham" and the syndicated "Comics Unleashed."
