Shanghai Tang, located at Ala Moana Center, is hosting a special event on Nov. 30 to support Gregory House Programs and its work in the community and as a way to acknowledge World AIDS Day.

The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. with 10 percent of all sales of Shanghai Tang merchandise going to Gregory House Programs.

Shanghai Tang is also donating 10 percent of all proceeds now through Dec. 1 (World AIDS Day) to Gregory House Programs.

"I wanted to do this to establish and fulfill a commitment to the Honolulu community. Gregory House is successful in fulfilling its mission of caring and compassion to the community, and we want to help that success continue," Shanghai Tang owner Scott Larson said in a prepared statement.

Shanghai Tang's Honolulu boutique at the Ala Moana Center opened its doors in 2002.
