A man grabbed a woman's purse as she and her boyfriend were walking in Honolulu early this morning, police said.

The woman, 28, was walking with her boyfriend when they were confronted by a group of men. The boyfriend was confronted by one of the men who chased the boyfriend and as the woman was calling 911, another male grabbed her purse off her shoulder.

Based on a description from the woman, police were later able to locate and positively identify the man who was arrested for investigation of theft in the second degree.
