The public is invited to a Meet the Candidate Forum, 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow in the Nanakuli High & Intermediate School cafeteria.

Student moderators will pose questions to candidates, on topics ranging from traffic concerns and homelessness to education issues.

The forum is hosted by the school's PTSA and the Nanakuli/Ma'ili Neighborhood Board.

Candidates for Honolulu mayor and state House Districts 44 (Honokai Hale, Nanakuli, Lualualei, Ma'ili) and 45 (Wai'anae, Makaha, Makua) have been invited to attend.

"Our students are very concerned about their future here on the Wai'anae Coast," said PTSA president Kimo Kelii.
