A man and woman from Makakilo turned themselves in the main police station and were booked for the Honolulu prosecuting attorney's office on a Class-A felony drug offense.

The man and woman, both 44, were arrested for first-degree promoting a harmful drug at 12:15 p.m., yesterday.
