One of Hawai'i's premier chefs, Alan Wong, will direct culinary students in producing a special dinner at Leeward Community College's Pearl Restaurant April 24.

The meal will include four courses — appetizer, lobster, filet mignon and dessert — with wine pairings available. Cost is $70 without wine, $85 with wine.
