Last night's opening of the first Filipino Film Festival sold out, but you can still see Chris Martinez's award-winning film "100" today at 1 and 4 p.m. at the Doris Duke Theatre.

The 2008 film is a lighthearted take on a terminally ill woman's last three months as she works on a things-to-do-before-I-die list.

At 7:30 p.m., the festival moves to "Boses (The Voice)," also in Tagalog with English subtitles; it premiered at last year's Hawaii International Film Festival and is back by popular demand. Ellen Ongkeko-Marfil's film tells the tale of the friendship between a mute, battered child, who regains his voice with help from a reclusive musician. "Boses" will also show at 1 and 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Alonzo's will be selling Filipino cuisine from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. throughout the festival.
