Officers recover stolen rifle from car in Wahiawa

Officers stopped a 27-year-old man for a traffic violation at about midnight Friday in the Wahiawa area and found a stolen rifle in his car, police said.
According to a police report the man was driving without a license and had several outstanding warrants. Police said they found a stolen rifle in the trunk of the vehicle. The man was arrested on theft and other charges.
