Power restored in Punahou, Keeamoku Street areas, HECO says

Power has been restored in the Punahou and Keeamoku Street areas, a HECO spokeswoman said this afternoon.
In the Punahou area a metallic balloon became entangled in a power line and knocked out power around Dole, Wilder and Spreckels streets areas, the spokeswoman said. The power has been restored.
In the Keeamoku Street area, the problem was caused when an underground cable tripped. Several businesses including Wal-Mart were affected. Power was completely restored by 1:24 p.m., the spokeswoman said.
