Rainbows drop out of Baseball America Top 25

The University of Hawaii baseball team, which went 2-3 last week, dropped out of the Baseball America Top 25 poll today.
The Rainbows (26-15), who were ranked 20th last week, lost to No. 3 Arizona State and split a four-game series with New Mexico State.
UC Irvine, UH's season-opening opponent, is No. 1, followed by Rice, Arizona State, North Carolina and Louisiana State.
The Baseball America poll is voted on by the magazine's staff.
North Carolina is No. 1 in the USA Today/ESPN Top 25 coaches poll, while UC Irvine is No. 1 in the Collegiate Baseball magazine rankings.
