MMA superstar BJ Penn of Hilo is in Honolulu for a round of public appearances and to promote his book BJ Penn - 90 Days.

Today he was at the Best Buy in Iwilei, where a crowd lined up to meet him.
Tomorrow, he is scheduled to be at Borders Books @ Music at Ward Centre at 2 p.m. and at Pearl City Best Buy at 5 p.m.
And on Wednesday(26), he is scheduled to appear at 4:30 p.m. at Hawaiian Telcom in Pearlridge Center and at 6 p.m. at T&C Surf in Pearlridge Center.
Penn, nicknamed The Prodigy, successfully defended his UFC lightweight world championship recently, defeating Boston’s Kenny Florian by submission.
