Bird habitats on agenda in interpretive tour of marshes
Experts will talk about wetland birds and lead an interpretive tour of Kailua marshes from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
The group, limited to 30, will tour bird habitats at Hämäkua, Ka'elepulu, Kawai Niu and Na Pohaku o Hauwahine.
Ron Walker, a wildlife biologist, will lead the tour that is sponsored by Ahahui Malama I Ka Lokahi and the Hawaii Audubon Society.
