University of Hawaii choirs will be featured in a concert set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening at St. Andrew’s Cathedral.
The performing groups include: the University Chorus, a 90-voice chorus of students and community members; Concert Choir, the premier large chorus at UH; and Chamber Singers, a highly select small ensemble of student singers.
The evening will wrap up with all groups — some 180 voices — performing together. The concert will feature works by Mozart, Rachmaninoff and Britten, as well as music from Hawaii, Samoa, the Philippines, Africa, and India.
