City to break ground for H-Power plant expansion
Honolulu Mayor Mufi Hannemann, city officials, and executives from Covanta will break ground for the expansion of the H-POWER waste-to-energy plant in Kapolei at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Campbell Industrial Park.
