Obit: Retired British boxing manager Terry Lawless dies

MARBELLA, Spain � Terry Lawless, the boxing manager who guided four British fighters to world titles, died Thursday. He was 76.
The London-born Lawless died in a Spanish hospital following gall bladder surgery.
John H. Stracey, Maurice Hope, Jim Watt and Charlie Magri won world titles under Lawless� management. Frank Bruno and Joe Calzaghe also fought under him.
Lawless said after retiring that he wanted to be remembered as a manager who tried to prevent his fighters from being hurt.
