Big Island police arrest third suspect in mall robbery

HILO — Hawaii County police have arrested a third suspect in a Dec. 23 robbery at the Prince Kuhio Plaza in Hilo.
Daniel Jordan Mills, 19, was charged yesterday with second-degree robbery and second-degree theft. He is being held in the Hilo police cellbock in lieu of $7,000 bail.
Police previously arrested 18-year-old Ocean Hegent and a 14-year-old boy in connection with the robbery of a kiosk at the mall.
