Overturned car reported in tunnel on H-3 east

Police, firefighters and city paramedics are responding to reports of an overturned vehicle in the east-bound lanes of the H-3 Freeway at the Harano Tunnel.
Emergency crews were sent out on the call about 8:25 a.m.
