Wilson tied for 20th, McLachlin for 36th at Buick golf

Hawaii golfers Dean Wilson is tied in 20th place and Parker McLachlin is tied for 36th after the third round of the Buick Invitational in San Diego.
Wilson, a Castle alum and former Kaneohe resident, shot a 1-under 71 today for a three-round score (71-73-71) of 1-under 215. Wilson had three birdies and two bogeys in his 36-35 round.
McLachlin, a Punahou alum and former Honolulu resident, shot even-par 72 for a 1-over total of 217 (74-71-72). He had three birdies and three bogeys in his 36-36 round.
Both golfers birdied their 18th hole.
John Rollins, who shot 2-under 70, is the leader at 12-under 204 overall.
The final round is scheduled for tomorrow.
