PM Realty takes over management of Aloha Tower Marketplace

The local office of PM Realty Group has taken over management and leasing of Aloha Tower Marketplace, a 165,000-square-foot retail center in downtown Honolulu owned by Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Westrust Ventures LLC.
Mele Heresa, an asset manager and leasing agent previously with First Hawaiian Bank and HTH Corp., was named general manager.
