The Wahiawa/Whitmore Village Neighborhood Board is seeking a replacement board member to serve from now through June.

Interested parties should attend the next regular board meeting, 7 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Wahiawa Recreation Center's Hale Koa Building, 1139 Kilani Ave.
