UH baseball: Hot dog! Cheaper eats at Les Murakami Stadium
Advertiser Staff
How about a family pack during UH baseball games of four hot dogs, four 20-ounce drinks, four churros for $18?
It's a combo that would have cost fans $31 last season, but now is a deal under the new prices for University of Hawaii baseball games at Les Murakami Stadium.
Actually, prices have been reduced 10 to 20 percent and alcohol by 10 percent at UH athletic events at Stan Sheriff Center, Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium and Les Murakami Stadium.
Individual game tickets for baseball are $8 for the lower and mid levels (formerly the blue and orange). Adult tickets in the upper level (formerly the red) are $6, with senior citizens for $5 and student tickets for $3.
Fans can purchase tickets online at HawaiiAthletics.com, go to the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office (open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except holidays) or call 944-2697 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Several fan promotions and ticket discounts will be available this season, so fans should visit HawaiiAthletics.com and click on the "Fan Promotions & Ticket Discounts" button.
The UH baseball season opens this week against nationally ranked UC Irvine with games 6:35 p.m. Friday, 1:05 p.m. Saturday (doubleheader) and 1:05 p.m. Sunday.
