Power restored to Hawaii Kai, Kuliouou areas

Hawaiian Electric Co. has restored power to 950 customers in the Hawaii Kai and Kuliouou areas who had lost service shortly before 10 this morning.

Crews were able to restore service at around noon, said HECO spokesman Darren Pai.

The cause of the power outage is still under investigation, Pai said
