NAWILIWILI, Kauai – Two Lihue men were arrested for mutual assault yesterday afternoon at Anchor Cove Shopping Center.

Brian Jaime, 27, and Jonn Benzon, 45, were taken to the police cellblock, where they were booked and later released on $100 bail.

Police received a call at around 4:25 p.m. about a dozen people fighting behind Anchor Cove.

When officers arrived at the scene minutes later, they found Jaime and Benzon engaged in a physical fight in front of ABC Discount Store at Anchor Cove.

The officers separated the men and detained them for questioning.

Paramedics responded, but determined that neither Jaime nor Benzon required further medical attention.
