NBA: Chandler's tip-in gives Hornets win after blowing 17-point lead in 4 min.

Associated Press

NEW ORLEANS — Tyson Chandler tipped in a missed shot with 3.3 seconds left to give New Orleans a 95-94 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night, saving the Hornets after they blew a 17-point lead with four minutes remaining.

Richard Jefferson capped the Bucks' comeback with a 3-pointer from the corner — their sixth consecutive 3 in the last 3:22 — as Milwaukee turned an 89-72 deficit into a 94-93 lead with 10.5 seconds left.

David West missed a potential game-winner from there lane, but Chandler was there to tip in the miss off the backboard.

Chris Paul had a season-high 20 assists, and West scored 28 points to lead the Hornets, who won their third straight.

Jefferson finished with 22 and Charlie Bell added 21 for the Bucks.
