Hawaii to unveil 2 plans to deal with H-1 traffic

The state Department of Transportation will unveil two plans to deal with congestion on the H-1 Freeway and the Middle Street merge this afternoon.
No details have been released yet. The announcement will be made at the state Capitol Governor's Ceremonial Room at 2 p.m.
